Working together to identify and tackle ethnic health inequity using an anti-racist lens

Date: 9th October 2025

Start: 9.45 Registration. 10am Introductions.

Location: London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Town Hall, Grocers Wing

This is the follow-up meeting from our first community event in June, which brings together the diverse communities of Tower Hamlets with staff from GP surgeries to create a space to discuss persisting ethnic and racial health inequalities and how this undermines access, experience and outcomes in healthcare.

We thank those of you who came to our first event. At this event we will present the report and outcomes of the former workshop and will review the anti-racism clinical framework the steering group has been working on. We need your input to help us shape the framework which we plan to pilot over the next few months.

We are looking for general practice representation from the 7 primary care networks, local medical committee, training hub and GP care group.
