FREE EVENT FOR FST MEMBERS

This is the second of FST's bi-annual wellbeing check in events. The aim of the afternoon session is to discuss the issues surrounding wellbeing for the sector in Scotland, learn from the practise of others, share experiences and un-wind.

This session will be facilitated by Emma Jayne Park. During the session, Simon Hart from Puppet Animation Scotland will share his experiences with their new Board Member for company wellbeing scheme and we will also talk about counselling programmes within the sector, what exists and where there is potential for growth. Following this Emma will facilitate some safe-space discussion, this will be an opportunity for you to share experiences and explore your own practice and approach to wellbeing within a safe and confidential environment.

Learning outcomes
We hope that participants on this course will learn some new and practical approaches to wellbeing for their organisation/working practice.
