Description

Course Description:

This is the third of FST's bi-annual wellbeing check-in events. The aim of the afternoon session is to discuss the issues surrounding wellbeing for the sector in Scotland, learn from the practice of others, share experiences and unwind. This session will be facilitated by Emma Jayne Park. During the session, there will be talks by members who will share their practical approaches to improve wellbeing at work. Following this, Emma will facilitate some safe-space discussion: this will be an opportunity for you to share experiences and explore your own practice and approach to wellbeing within a safe and confidential environment.

Who should attend:
Useful for anyone who works in the sector and is keen to help themselves and their colleagues adopt better wellbeing practices in the work place.

Learning Outcomes:
Through shared knowledge, the participants of this meeting will learn new and practical approaches to wellbeing for their organisation/working practice.
