About this event
A free live webinar for women navigating cognative difference at midlife and the leaders who support them.
Menopause and mid-life cognitive changes are often unseen and unsupported in the workplace. For women with neurominority conditions like ADHD and autism, these experiences can be even more complex, affecting focus, memory, and how they manage high-pressure roles.
Supporting these changes isn’t just important for the individual — it’s also critical for the teams and managers they work within. When organisations understand and accommodate these shifts, women can continue to perform at their best, maintain confidence, and contribute fully. Teams benefit too, with better communication, stronger collaboration, and reduced risk of burnout.
On October 21st, join Send it to Alex founder Lillie Jamieson, menopause expert Jayne Woodman (founder, the Menopause Team) and inclusion advocate Cat Wildman (founder, Powered by Diversity), to explore how workplaces and leaders can create environments where women navigating mid-life cognitive changes are supported, while sharing practical strategies for both personal and professional wellbeing.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How menopause and neurominority conditions intersect to affect focus, memory, and executive function
- Practical strategies for managing cognitive shifts in high-pressure work environments
- How organisations can better support women through these transitions
- The importance of inclusion, equity, and understanding in workplaces and communities
