Description

Contemplating a collaboration, started working with third party data, want others to share with you or need to prepare to share your data?; Come along to this session to hear about colleagues’ experiences in using and sharing third party data and their research, followed by Q and A session with the panel. The session will be co-ordinated by Judith Carr, Research Data Manager, Liverpool Research Data.

Mark Green (Geography) – using data from commercial partners, Geographic Data Science Lab

Peter Green (Engineering) – working with commercial partners and using their data

Carly Lightowlers (Sociology) – third party data from sensitive sources

Mark White – (Aeronautics) - dealing with third party legacy data and large datasets.

Naomi Willis – IP specialist from Business Gateway


Lunch will be provided

Please note the lunch for this session will be served in a different room to the one in which the session will be held. Lunch will be in the Egerton room in the Foresight Centre, and will be served half an hour before the session from 12:30 to 13:00.
