Grief, loss, change and endings are all around us. From death to changes in work to endings of relationships and friendships to llness to life transitions. Understanding and validating these experiences is important in order to help us adjust and move on with life, as well as help us understand how to help others.
This sensitive, informative and interactive workshop on Grief, Loss, Change and Endings aims to equip participants on the subject.
This workshop is suitable for anyone working or volunteering in a wide variety of settings.

Hello, I'm Aileen. I am a Counsellor, Trainer, Supervisor and Lecturer based in Glasgow , Scotland with over 10 years experience. I have a keen interest in equipping people to feel more confident in approaching working with grief, loss, change and endings. I facilitate my workshops in a friendly, informative, and interactive way. There will be group work activities and discussion throughout.
