Line & Wash Techniques - working with Inks. Once again we welcome Anthony Barrow to Northwich. This time to demonstrate using Winsor and Newton's range of Inks.
I think that line and wash is pretty underrated. There is enormous variety and subtlety which can be put into a line and wash painting. It is very much a traditional medium having been used at least since the 13th century. Rembrandt often used this medium. If you are looking to add a new and exciting technique to your practice them please do come along for what will be an interesting evening.
Our demonstrations are sponsored by Winsor and Newton and attract a small ticket fee - but don't worry! You will receive product far in excess of this value as part of your evening as you take a journey into the world of Inks with Northwich Art Shop.
