We are calling all Christian men and women, young and old to become group mentors in youth spaces across the city.
Do you want to make a difference in Plymouth by standing in the gap and being a force for good in the lives of ‘lost’ teenage boys?
Negative influences are stealing the minds of boys in our society. Many are losing their way — and their place in the world. We believe good Christian men and women can provide strong, positive role models to an increasingly fatherless generation.
Come and join our movement to be the change we want to see by signing up to our one-day mentoring workshop on Saturday 20th September.
Arrive from 9.30am for a 10am start. Tea, coffee, biscuits and lunch provided. We will be looking at our motivations, skills and qualities, working safely as well as understanding trauma and adverse childhood experiences. All mentors will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
