An Integrative Approach for Working with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) & Compulsive Hoarding (CH)
A one-day workshop with Ms Madison-Amy Webb
Nottingham – Saturday, 5 November 2016
This Training is an exceptional experience for you to explore and increase your understanding of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and to obtain practical skills from a therapist who had lived experience of OCD and has recovered. She has then gone on to use her knowledge and understanding to support clients who are struggling with this crippling condition and those experiencing Compulsive Hoarding (CH).
Because of Ms Webb's familiarity of having lived these conditions, and also having worked with others experiencing these challenging disorders, it is her believe that the current trend of treatment interventions i.e. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy serves as little more than temporary relief. The reality is more often than not that the causation is completely unaddressed, this puts the client at a risk of future relapses.
