Working with other people and bringing them onboard with your business can be a daunting task, albeit an essential one. So whether you are looking to employ staff, collaborate with another business or simply confused about 'contracts' between clients, then this is the session for you.

During the session we will look at all aspects of the relationships between you, the business owner, and the 'other person', including:

• The importance of communication and illustrate ways to do this effectively.
• How to set clear expectations and know which contracts you need to consider and why.
• Which option for growing your business is the best one and give you the tools to make that happen.

This session will be led by GrowBiz team members Alan Garratt and Jenny Lyall, both who have great personal experience of working and collaborating with others.
