About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join Platfform's Senior Psychologist Rhodri and Assistant Psychologist Sneha for a look into how we can work alongside communities to find their strengths and build connection, ultimately leading to better outcomes.

We’ll be focusing on the Ein Llais project, working in a deprived area with generational inequality and a local narrative of high levels of crime and violence. Together, we’ll explore some of the models we use within this and other projects, what that looks like in practice, how we engage the community, and the challenges we’ve faced.

We’ll also discuss how we’ve seen engagement increase throughout the project, and how isolated residents have begun trusting each other and the wider community.
