· Define the difference between ‘simple’ and ‘complex’ risk.

· Make links between working with risk and person-centred practice.

· Identify the skills, knowledge, and values that you need in defensible decision-making around risk.

· Increase their confidence in using case law to inform your practice with risk.

· Understand the role of cultural humility and structural discrimination in working with risk
