Workload management for GPs

Managing workload effectively is perhaps the holy grail of a busy workplace. This workshop will take a ‘diagnose and treat’ approach to managing workload. The first step, and the one often missed, is to reflect and analyse the reasons for time management difficulties. Then identify the appropriate strategies to help be more effective throughout the day.
