A FREE interactive online training session for Community & Voluntary Third Sector organisations or groups in Chesterfield and immediate surrounding areas AND staff /students of the University of Derby– funded for you by ‘Community Chesterfield’, putting the UNI in COMMuniTY!

Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing

An exciting opportunity to explore your own wellbeing and resilience in the workplace!

Community Chesterfield have funded a personalised Resilience and Wellbeing Snapshot Report for each participant: followed by this workshop to support & enable you to develop understanding, interpret your results and create personal actions to support workplace wellbeing and resilience.

In order to take part in this session you will first complete a 15minute Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing Questionnaire. This will be sent to you by our trainer when bookings close on the 8th July and needs to be completed by Friday 16th July to give the trainer time to complete the reports.

Places are extremely limited so please only book on if you are available to complete questionnaire beforehand and the fully participate in the workshop on the day.

This session is facilitated by Ursula Cameron a learning and development specialist, creative coach and mentor. With a career spanning 20 years delivering bespoke and innovative training and coaching solutions enabling people to achieve their full potential. From global corporations and financial services to universities and SME’s, Ursula is passionate about building trusting relationships to achieve successful learning outcomes with measurable results. Ursula offers a unique Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing service using the world's first psychometric assessment and survey to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing. This service provides rich insights into how resilient individuals, teams and organisations are currently feeling, and how leaders are perceived to support wellbeing and where specific pressure points are for individuals, teams and organisations.

Please only book on if you work or volunteer for a community/voluntary/third sector organisation providing a service to people in Chesterfield or are a student or staff member of the university of derby and have a connection with chesterfield; you may based at St Helena Campus, or live in, work in or care about Chesterfield. Thank you.

The Zoom link and password will be sent out before the event – when you receive this link please do not share it with anyone else. Places are not transferable and the name/email used to book must be for the person attending. Each person attending must be booked separately via Eventbrite. If you can no longer attend please cancel your place to allow others to book.
