Feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed can be debilitating for individuals, upsetting for colleagues and have a marked effect on the workplace.
This half-day workshop will cover different techniques which can be used to help the individual:
· Identify stressors
· Understand the physical effects of stress
· Find coping mechanisms that work for them
· Prevent overwhelm or burnout
This workshop is suitable for employees to self-manage their stress and to help managers identify and support their teams before they hit overwhelm or burnout.
T ina Collins has over 40 years of experience managing teams and 10 years in HR managing the welfare of staff. She is also a Mental Health First Aider and a certified Corporate Wellness Coach.
