Grow your skills in empathetic and active listening, signposting and planning activities that will promote wellbeing in your workplace.
About this event
A Wellbeing Champion is there for colleagues when they need a listening ear, signposting on where to go for specialist help if needed, and driving a healthy workplace culture. Our training follows a peer-support model, upskilling individuals to be the Wellbeing Champion in their teams.
This exciting development opportunity has the potential to grow your skills in empathetic and active listening, signposting, planning and resourcing wellbeing events and activities. We highly recommend that you discuss signing up for this training programme with your leadership team / line manager, as a Wellbeing Champion's role is often most effective when carried out in partnership with the management team.
To date, our cohort of Wellbeing Champions have gone on to make a real difference within their workplaces. Our consultants are there to support you in your role, providing expert guidance and inspiration on how to support the wellbeing of your teams.
After completing the course, you will be invited to join our Wellbeing Champion Network - a community of likeminded people, working to make a difference within their workplaces. We also host quarterly events, where our consultants deliver additional training and we hear from a guest speakers on a range of wellbeing topics.
Course structure:
- 3 hour interactive webinar, or recorded session (based on preference)
- Completion of two short workbooks
- You will receive your certificate of completion, access to our Wellbeing Champion Network, and our online toolkit and a FREE wellbeing planner (on request)
