Workplace Wellbeing Charter

This workshop will give you an introduction to the Workplace Wellbeing Charter. The Charter is an opportunity for employers to demonstrate their commitment to the health and well-being of their workforce.
There is a growing body of evidence to show the financial benefits enjoyed by organisations that implement well-being programmes, including reduced sickness absence, improved productivity and reduced staff turnover.
The charter sets out a set of standards that you can commit to work towards. Come and find out about the standards, how you can improve their health and wellbeing of your workforce.
