Works4Youth is an employment support project joint funded by South Glos. Council and DWP. We support young people 16-25 who are Not in Employment Full-time Education or Training and living in South Glos.

We provide Information, Advice and Support, including 1:1 employment mentoring with young people in their local community, workshops to help focus on employability skills, expectations and approaching work and engagement with focus groups to help them on their journey.

W4Y is an universal service, so we support young people with a variety of barriers to employment. We create action plans and goals that are individualised and help young people to manage their expectations.

In the session we will be explaining how we achieve some of these things and will share some examples.
