Workshop 1 (a.m.) - How to Sell Without Selling
No one likes to sell! We all hate being ‘sold to’ , yet like it or not we engage in the process of selling something to someone on a regular basis!
Whether it is as part of our job, as part of a working team, to our colleagues or in a business situation to prospects who need our services we have to go through the process of offering something to someone and persuading them that they need or want it. In a work environment we use presentations, arguments in meetings, reports and in business, proposals, discussions and sales meetings but it all amounts to the same process.
The workshop will unwrap the sales process, de mystify it into components that make sense and give you some simple systems to turn your services and product offering into an unmitigated need for your target audience. It will turn an unpleasant situation you currently face in sales into ‘just a conversation’ that you can enjoy and be successful with. This process can be adapted to form a final proposal /presentation as well.
In many cases we have to sell our services before the benefits are apparent to the subject, sometimes called ‘selling the invisible’ . We will unwrap the features and benefits that we need to communicate to them and turn them on their heads to a place where the prospect or manager is telling us what we need to do for them. We will identify some ‘closing’ points that stop us hammering the sales process long after they have said ‘yes’ and touch on some aspects of pricing for those of you in business.
There will be practical examples, some demonstrative role play and some worksheets for you to capture part of your own journeys, either during the session or in the afternoon session ... and above all a lot of fun!
Workshop 2 (p.m.) - How to Increase & Energise Your Wellbeing
How often do you spend time focusing on you and your wellbeing?
If and when you create time for this, what would you do?
Based on research, this practical session will help you identify 5 ways to increase your physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.
You will have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded people, and you'll leave the workshop with a Personal Wellbeing Action Plan, based on your reflections and activities from the day.
We'll also be raffling off a Wellbeing Goody bag!
