Building on the first session this expands the process of developing your investable business plan including establishing your visions and goals. You will look at early stage forecasting to identify areas that you need to change or improve to achieve your growth objective. Delivered by the Finance for Growth scheme’s Investment Readiness Business Advisors these sessions provide access to a wealth of knowledge.

This is the second in a series of four masterclasses designed to support existing businesses to grow, secure funding and understand the stages of business finance linking these to business needs and growth plans. Each masterclass follows on from the previous however the sessions have been designed to work as a standalone workshop.
