Description

Workshop Series

In 2015, the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre commissioned research on how to have more effective and clear discussions about issues impacting people seeking asylum. This was called Words that Work (https://www.asrc.org.au/resources/words-that-work/ ). It’s BRILLIANT!

This workshop is an extenstion to Workshop 1- Coversations Create Change which explored key recommendations from this groundbreaking research and created an opportnutiy to practice. You will need to attend this workshop in order to be prepared for Workshop 2.

This research can enable us to transform the way our community thinks about people seeking asylum. We can empower others to have these conversations too! I hope to see you there.

Please consider if you know of someone genuinely interested in this topic and extend the invitation.
