How can we improve outcomes for adults experiencing multiple disadvantages that include complex combinations of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse and repeated contact with the criminal justice system? This interactive workshop delivered by the Horizons Project Team and Full Circle Services looks at the journey of the individual, the steps they take forward as well as those they take back and explores the interventions that are available to support them achieve more positive outcomes and reduce reoffending.
