This is a place where you will practically experience and do what it takes to make

a balanced and seasonal meal.

Myself and Robert Kusy - chef, we will assist you to start your healthier cooking during this workshop.

Also, Kris- our holistic physiotherapist will show us some exercise so you can apply them at home on daily basis, and avoid problems with your posture, backache and more.

9.45am - Registration - day starts with a coffee/ tea and breakfast

10.00 - 11.00 am BALANCE YOUR DIET with 5 Flavours – what are the 5 flavours/ their role on our body/ what is seasonal FOOD/power of food/ prevention

11.15am-12.30 cooking balanced and seasonal meal LUNCH with CHEF Robert Kusy and myself

12.30 - 13.30 lunch break

13.30 - 14.30 Practical exercise and tips with Kris Klimek (physiotherapist )

14.45 - 15.30 coffee/ tea time break + Q& A session

15.30 - 16.30 dinner cooking with CHEF Robert Kusy and myself - balanced and seasonal vegetarian and non-vegetarian option

16.30 - 18.30 Dinner and Q &A session
