Arriving In A New Place

As part of Leaving Were the One Who Could Not Stay, artists Beverley Carruthers and Bettina Furnée invite you to a creative workshop exploring what it means to arrive in a new place.

Using photographs from The Garden City Collection as inspiration, we'll explore memory and migration through writing, storytelling, and photography, reimagining both personal and shared experiences.

This workshop is supported by Platforma Festival 2025 and Uncovering Letchworth. All are welcome and especially participants from a migrant background.
