Reflect for a few moments and it is probably true to say that we negotiate every day in both our private and business lives. This programme is designed to make us conscious of those things we do well and enhance the skills we require to develop our negotiation skills still further.
The workshop will step the attendees through all the key steps to conclude successful negotiations that at the same time enhance our internal and external business relationships. The workshop will define that well known phrase ‘win-win’, examine how to qualify the customers requirements, present a tailored offer against those same requirements that shows the value in accepting your solution. In addition we look at how to manage the price conversation and present price in a confident and meaningful way.
