Overview

Explore what devising is, why we use it, and have a go at creating collaboratively online.

Devising in a Digital Space is a hands-on workshop exploring how artists can create and collaborate online. Led by facilitator and producer Hannah Balogun, the session introduces the core principles of devising — what it is, why it’s used, and how digital tools can expand the creative process.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• Understand the basics of devising and how it adapts to digital settings.

• Explore collaborative ways of working remotely.

• Gain confidence turning discussion into creation.

This session is open to artists, facilitators, and anyone curious about digital devising. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to experiment and share ideas!
