The workshop is taking place at Desk Team Serviced Offices, STC House, 7 Elmfield Rd, Bromley BR1 1LT. It's a few minutes' walk from Bromley South Station, and conveniently located near two public car-parks.

Ideally, you have some experience dealing with customers, either in-person, on the phone, or in writing (emails, texts, social media).

Yes! Sue is an experienced trainer and firmly believes in 'learning by doing'. There's a small element of sitting and listening, but it won't be long before you're 'doing'. Previous participants often comment that the 3 hours go really fast - and that's because time flies when you're having fun!
