This workshop is ideal for business owners, managers, and team members who want to improve their communication skills. If you've ever felt frustrated that members are behaving in ways that harm the team or the business, but you're not sure what to do about it, then this workshop is for you.

What will I learn during the workshop?

You’ll learn a proven 8-step technique for giving feedback that is simple and professional. By the end of the workshop, you’ll know why, when and how to give positive and constructive feedback, as well as how to handle negative reactions.

What happens during the workshop?

We start with a fun, engaging warm-up game where you’ll loosen up the vocal cords and build confidence. We'll discuss why, how and when to give constructive feedback. You learn the 8-step technique, and practice giving feedback in pairs or trios, building up your confidence.

Where does the workshop take place?

The workshop is taking place at Desk Team Serviced Offices, STC House, 7 Elmfield Rd, Bromley BR1 1LT. It's a few minutes' walk from Bromley South Station, and conveniently located near two public car-parks.

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary. The workshop is designed for all levels, whether you're new to giving feedback, or looking to refine your skills.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop is 3 hours, with a 20-minute break in the middle.
