If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly on the edge, snappy, drained, or just unable to cope—this workshop is for you.

This session is about understanding that feeling overwhelmed isn’t a failure—it’s your brain responding to stress in a completely human, biological way. You’re not broken, a 'mess', or "too emotional"—you’re wired for survival, and modern life is pushing your system to its limits.

Led by a parent-child mental health expert (and fellow mum), this supportive and practical session will explore:

  • What’s actually happening in your brain and body when you feel overwhelmed
  • Why guilt and self-blame are common—but misplaced
  • How understanding the science behind your stress response can reduce shame and empower change
  • Simple, grounding strategies to help you reset in the moment
  • Practical tools to build your resilience day-to-day
  • A warm, non-judgmental space to connect, reflect, and feel a little less alone
