Description

How conversion fits into a product mindset

Product thinking is an emerging trend in many organisations. In this cross-functional, agile way of working conversion and UX teams should feel right at home. But there is still sometimes a disconnect with siloed conversion teams struggling to get the resources needed to be effective. In this afternoon session we will talk through how product teams can align with conversion and UX specialists as well as giving some practical advice on how to overcome the differences in process.

Agile Optimisation – or how I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Developers, Simon Elsworth

As CRO becomes more technical it makes less and less sense for it to sit within a Marketing team. This session looks at how Sky rebuilt their CRO center of excellence within agile development squads and progressed from simple A/B testing to fully embedded server side experimentation.
