A workshop designed to reset your natural ability to have a peaceful night’s sleep and wake up feeling great!

About this Event

Why do we sleep?

In the 1st part of the workshop we start to understand the function of sleep and what happens to our body and mental health if we don't get enough.

We cover the following:

What is the purpose of sleep? - Why do we need it? What happens while we sleep? What happens if we create a sleep debt? Why aren’t I getting enough sleep?

Circadian Rhythms

What is insomnia?

What causes insomnia? Are the causes Physical? Environmental? Psychological?

In the 2nd part of our session we will give you the tools you need to get a better night's sleep. We will cover:

Sleep Hygiene - creating the perfect environment for optimum rest

Body Scan - Identify any tension, tightness or thoughts that are stopping you from letting go

Relaxation exercises - Let go of those stresses, worries and niggles that are preventing you drifting offBreathing exercises - Forget counting sheep, the most effective way to sleep is as simple as breathing 'In & Out!

As you leave our workshop you will have an array of information and tools that will set you back on track for that more energised, revitalised you.
