Hello attendee,

Thank you for registering for the High Content Imaging of Stem Cells Meeting, we are looking forward to welcoming you on the day. Following on from this meeting, we are hosting a High Content Data Analysis Workshop on Wednesday 28th March at the Little France Campus at the University of Edinburgh.


Courses will be on CellProfiler Analyst (Anne Carpenter & Bertrand Vernay instructing), HC StratomineR (David Egan and Weinand Otma instructing) and Spotfire HCP (Christian Schueller instructing), using publicly available data from the IDR (https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/about/). The workshop will run from 09:00 - 17:00. Below is the schedule for the day.

Please note that places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please also note you will need to bring your own laptop! Software downloads will be provided before the workshop. Please sign up here if you would like to attend the Workshop Day.
