Build your own grounded intimacy map for more clarity, embodied boundaries and self-trust.
Whether you're dating, exploring or reconnecting to your desires, it’s easy to lose yourself in someone else’s pace. You want to stay open but not get swept up. You want to soften but without spiralling. You want to explore without abandoning yourself.
This workshop helps you map the emotional arc of your lifestyle journey, so you can move with more intentionality, safety and self-trust.
You’ll explore what emotional clarity looks like for you, how your nervous system responds to different dynamics and where your inner people-pleaser or overfunctioner might be steering the show. You’ll leave with your own Emotional Roadmap Canvas - a visual guide to your needs, limits and desires, plus the option to go deeper with a 1:1 Navigation Session.

Nyla is a Certified Psychosynthesis Coach and member of the WAX community who’s walked this path herself. She’s explored sex-positive spaces, open relationships and the emotional depth that comes with them. She became a coach after 20 years in business, leading start-ups, teams and leadership programmes - a path that continues to shape her grounded, systems-based approach.
She helps people explore sex-positive spaces and alternative relationships by building the emotional toolkit they never got taught: self-trust, emotional regulation and deep inner clarity.
