Come as you are to this nurturing and non-judgmental space where art becomes a quiet companion to self-expression and emotional release. In this free-flow creative workshop, you’ll be invited to explore painting and drawing in your own time and way – intuitively, gently, and without pressure.
There are no rules or expectations – just time to slow down, listen inwardly, and express whatever arises through colour, line, and form. Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or returning to creativity after a long pause, this is a space to reconnect with yourself and others in an open, supportive environment.
We’ll end the session with an optional sharing circle – an opportunity to speak about your experience or simply witness and listen. There’s no pressure to contribute, only an invitation to be part of a gentle, collective moment.
All materials are provided. No previous art experience is needed – just bring yourself.
