About this event
This immersive and interactive 5.5-hour workshop offers a soulful journey through grounding practices, intuitive exploration,spirit connection, emotional healing, and energetic renewal. With guided exercises, a sound bath and Reiki healing, participants will leave feeling connected, balanced, and inspired along with tools to continue the practices learned on the day.
The day will be structured to guide you through practices from how to protect your energy, ground yourself, along with some easy to get started exercises in connecting with spirit.
When starting out on a journey to connect with spirit, it is also important that we grow to understand ourselves on a deeper level, identifying and clearing any blocks that are not only holding us back in our day to day life, but getting in the way of being as clearer channel as possible.
Marie and Melissa will welcome you, and guide you through sessions incuding practical exercises, which you will also be able to continue after the session.
All we ask is that you come with an open mind and heart, a willingess to explore and learn and contribute to the sessions. There is absolutely no prior experience or knowledge needed.
Throughout the day we will have regular breaks, with tea, coffee, herbal teas and juice provided. We will aslo provide a mid afternoon treat, to keep you going.

- Bring a cushion/pillow and blanket
- Wear comfy warm clothes
- If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy sound therapy is not recommended
