Essential training to equip all educational and pastoral care professionals with a clear understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities and the tools to provide a platform of support for all students.

In this one-day interactive workshop you will be given the tools with which to build your students' emotional resilience, life and leadership skills, as well as robust intervention and prevention techniques for working in an ever changing, safeguarding environment.

The workshop will offer a wide range of creative and practical resources in the form of one-to-one action plans, handouts, case studies and best practice referral routes with signposting and support.

This session is suitable for:
All staff working in educational institutions.

About the trainer:

Julie K Wilkinson has over 20 years’ experience working with young people on issues related to bullying and wellbeing. She is qualified in mediation and conflict resolution, and is highly sought after by educational institutions looking to improve their pastoral care. Julie has worked for Kidscape as an Anti Bullying Coordinator for England, and is currently Vice Chair of her local Children England Regional Sub-Group.
