Our workshop is designed to develop your knowledge and explain specific do````'s and don`'ts when it comes to starting a business that you can apply in real life with immediate effect.

Our expert workshop leader is Margareta Krizova who has a vast experience in helping start ups and running educational workshops. Margareta is a business mentor and M&A advisor with more than 25 years of professional experience. In 1993, she co-founded a business advisory boutique firm, CEAG with her colleague Laurie J. Spengler, a Harvard law school graduate. At CEAG, Margareta led the SME and M&A Practice Group. She has an extensive experience in identifying potential investment opportunities for financial and strategic investors both in the Czech Republic and internationally. Margareta works with financial and strategic investors as well as with private owners of companies in developing business and marketing strategy, business models and managing investments and exits. She also works with a number of startups in the investment readiness process and in negotiations with investors.
