Event description
How you can help shape patient care for the NHS in Cheshire

About this Event

Thank you for taking the time to complete our recent survey into how you use digital technology to manage your personal health and wellbeing.

We’re getting in touch again because you told us that you were keen to take part in more conversations about how apps and websites could be used to improve care for people across Cheshire.

So we’d like to invite you to take part in a workshop discussion, to help your local NHS services design a brand new online digital system that will help to:

- give patients control over their care

- provide greater convenience for managing appointments and medications

- create quicker, secure communication between patients and their doctors, consultants or practitioners

- provide advice on patients’ choices

- give patients confidence in data security

- provide more consistent care across the range of services a patient might use

It’s really important for everyone in Cheshire that our proposed new system is shaped according to patients’ needs.

The workshop will take approximately an hour and a half. Light refreshments will be provided, and you’ll receive a £15 high street voucher as a thank you from us for giving up your time.

The session will start with a half hour slot to grab a drink when you’ll also have the opportunity to speak to fellow attendees. The workshop will start properly at 2:30pm and will run for approximately an hour and a half.

We look forward to seeing you in January.

If you’d like any further information, please contact Chris Gibbs on 01270 686604 or chris.gibbs@cheshireeast.gov.uk

Thank you for helping to shape the future of patient care in Cheshire.
