This online workshop replaces the postponed South West and North West regional WAMM workshops planned earlier in the year.
Funded by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, and managed by The Rivers Trust and the Coastal Partnerships Network, the Wholescape Approach to Marine Management ‘WAMM’ project aims to support a more collaborative approach between Coastal and Catchment Based Approach (CaBA) partnerships to enhance delivery for the coastal and estuarine environment.
A series of 4 regional workshops were planned in 2020 to build knowledge and expertise across a range of issues including data and evidence, policy and legislation and, the benefits of collaborative working. Workshops in the North East and South East were held in January and February and the outputs can be found HERE.
Due to Covid-19 workshops in the South West and North West were postponed and will now be held as a joint online workshop on 22nd September 2020. Although online the workshop aims to be just as interactive and provide opportunities to network, hear from and discuss issues and potential for collaboration with other Coastal and Catchment Partnerships in the South West and North West.

- Hear about project case studies from other coastal and catchment partnerships; and
- Discuss barriers and opportunities to collaborative delivery.
The workshop is free of charge and is funded by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) to support a more an integrated and collaborative approach to the management of estuarine and coastal waters nationwide.
