Rebuild Health workout & workshop series

Join us at The Good Hotel for an incredible workout and workshop series designed to help you rebuild your health!

Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your health journey, this event is perfect for you.

This month we will be focused on nutrition and body weight exercise!

Agenda:

  • 11:00am - 11:15pm: Connect and get settled
  • 11:15am - 12:00pm: Workshop
  • 12:00pm - 1pm: Boxercise

This month's workshop topic will be focused on How To Be Consistent with exercise with Jodine Williams, a registered sports & exercise psychologist. She will cover:

  • What consistency is
  • How to be consistent in your life
  • What changes might be needed
  • Steps to being consistent

As always there will be time to ask questions and discuss

This will be followed by a beginner-friendly 45 minute boxercise with Manny.

Meet Your Trainer:

Manny is an energetic and enthusiastic motivator who uses a variety of coaching techniques to help his clients achieve their goals. He specialises in fat loss and muscle gain as well as training for performance, drawing on strength and conditioning strategies. He is a firm believer in the enjoyment aspect of exercise which will help you adhere to long term healthy lifestyle changes.


Our Location

We are grateful to our partners the Good Hotel who are partnering with us by providing their premium site to hold our events. This venue is 5 minute's walk from Custome House station and along the beautiful thames!

All you have to bring is your active wear. We will have all the kit, water and towels in case you need to shower.
