By signing up, you’ll not only challenge yourself physically but also support children’s welfare, with 10% of your entry fee going directly to a charity dedicated to making a difference. Every finisher receives a specially designed medal that celebrates the spirit of the day.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

All participants will receive a beautiful white finishers’ medal for their achievement. This medal is made from aluminium and comes with a plain colour ribbon.

HOW DO I SEND MY EVIDENCE?

Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/
