I registered but didn't receive the secret location. What does this mean?

If you get through the lottery you will receive the secret location - this may be sent anytime between Thursday and Friday evening, up to just before the event starts.

I got a confirmation e-mail from Eventbrite but no full secret location. Am I in?

Not yet. This e-mail simply confirms that you registered in the lottery. To get in you need to receive a separate email containing the secret venue

I tried registering several times but didn't get in the lottery. What could be the issue?

Most people get in if they registered and answered all details correctly. If you feel you did everything right and still didn't get in, please try coming to one of our other events (not on Friday) and talk to our team there.
