“On… World Class Focus”, with Simon Hartley, MSc & Steve Williams OBE
What is it that differentiates world class performers? One element is, undoubtedly, their extraordinary ability to focus. During the evening, Simon Hartley and Steve Williams will explore world class focus, using their combined experiences from Olympic sport. They will discuss how the world’s best athletes maintain their focus through multiple Olympic cycles. We will examine how subtle shifts in focus make an enormous impact on performance. And, we will discover what differentiates the very best, what sets them apart and how you can apply the principles to your own performance.
