World Menopause Day 2025 - Newcastle Building Society

Our Menopause Network would like to welcome members of our community to join us at our World Menopause Day awareness event at our Head Offcie on the 16th October 2025 to learn more about the menopause. Everyone is welcome! No matter your age or gender, we would love to see you there.

We'll be welcoming some guest speakers, and will have some great stalls in our event space. Including but not limited to:

• Boots - Menopause products
• Holland & Barrett - Herbal products
• Slimming World - The benefits of eating healthy and exercising
• Spritiual Flamingo - Reiki and Indian head massage
