Every year on 10th October is Worlds mental health day, this is an important day to stop and connect, raise awareness . This years theme is access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies.

We are aware that constant exposure to trauma, coupled with the pressure of providing help under extreme and challenging conditions, can place an immense burden on mental well-being on professionals.
