Every year on 10th October is Worlds mental health day, this is an important day to stop, connect and raise awareness especially in a time when mental health and trauma support are needed more than ever. World Mental Health Day offers a perfect opportunity to bring attention to such important issues and engage with others to improve access to services.

Our focus on mental health in catastrophes and emergencies is especially timely, considering how many people are affected by various crises, whether it's a natural disaster, a pandemic, or even the ongoing impacts of other traumatic events.
