To mark World Mental Health Day on 10th October we are hosting a FREE social event that will be a fun filled, family friendly evening. The evening will have loads of great entertainment featuring performances from an array of local talent.
The event will offer the opportunity to relax, have fun and learn about local activities and services that all contribute towards improving emotional and mental health using the key messages of the 5 ways to wellbeing (known locally as the campaign #maketimehalton).
There will also be a number of specialist support services available on the night offering information and confidential support.
The event is free for all to attend; we just ask if everyone could bring along a donation for the foodbank on the night. Follow us on social media as we announce our line up over the next couple of weeks.
Refreshments & freebies
We want to make both the daytime conference and the evening social event as welcoming as possible. We are offering free refreshments including lunch during the conference and dinner during the social event. We will be awarding prizes to people who come up with the best way to achieve their 5 ways to well-being by filling in one of our pledge cards.
