Mind CHWF x The Absinthe Parlour is celebrating World Mental Health day by hosting a Trade-Only Stress Management Workshop for London Cocktail Week 2025
The Absinthe Parlour is proud to continue its partnership with Mind in City, Hackney and Waltham Forest.
In celebration of World Mental Health Day and as part of London Cocktail Week 2025, we're hosting a free Stress Management Workshop for London's hospitality trade. Presented by Mind CHWF, this event offers a safe space for the industry to come together, discuss mental health challenges, and learn practical ways to manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
Master the art of managing stress and time to enhance your well-being. This course offers a comprehensive journey, beginning with exploring stress management techniques. Learn how to identify stress, its effects, and the distinctions between healthy and harmful stress.
After the workshop, guests will receive a Devil's Botany cocktail or non-alcoholic cocktial and have time to connect with their peers and visit the Viktor Wynd Museum of Curiosities.
The workshop is free to attend, but we encourage a minimum donation of £5, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Mind CHWF. This event is open to anyone working in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (CHWF) is a mental health charity working across three boroughs of the City and East London. For the past 40 years, they have been providing specialist mental health services to meet the needs of people living in our community. Their mission is to ensure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone and we won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
The Absinthe Parlour Step into a world of wonder and weirdness! The Absinthe Parlour at The Last Tuesday Society is an unforgettable experience.
