World of Love Festival: Contemporary and Traditional Arts and Cultures Fest

World of Love Festival is dedicated to sharing love for the cultural diversity of the world.

Our festival is an annual celebration of diversity and inclusion in our society. This is why we engage with members of the local diverse communities and help them create their own events within World of Love. Then, we add even more diversity by inviting singers, dancers, painters, poets, craftspeople, businesspeople, and volunteers from other countries.

And then, we add delicious international food!

This year, in a gesture of solidarity with the victims of the war in Ukraine, next to showcasing other diverse cultures World of Love will provide focus on the Ukrainian arts, crafts, language, and food.

Help for refugees: jobs, language courses etc. Help and advice for Ukrainian hosts.

On 17th July, King's Park will be divided into a few zones, each representing a different country.

What to expect:

• Family activities from around the world
• Traditional and contemporary music and dance
• Crafts workshops
• Fitness classes, e.g. yoga
• Dance classes, e.g. belly dancing, Zumba
• International food
• Diverse businesses
• Among others: traditional Ukrainian dance performances, hot Brazilian rhythms, Polish rock, sounds of the Caribbean
• and more!

In 2021, people from 35 diverse heritage backgrounds participated in the World of Love Festival and we welcomed around 3000 visitors.
