Hi all,

Reminder that nominations are still open for our Annual SASW Awards – if you could redistribute the details below and flyer amongst your colleagues it would be great to encourage as many nominations as possible.

Nominations for the SASW Social Work Awards have officially opened. Now in their 12th year, the awards will be held on March 19th - the same day as World Social Work Day. The theme for World Social Work Day this year is "Promoting the Importance of Human Relationships". To celebrate this, we are looking for examples of excellent relationship based practice. It's so important that we continue to stress the uniqueness of our profession on World Social Work Day, which is why we are continuing to celebrate by having our specific awards.

To find out more about how to nominate, click this link. Deadline for nominations is 1st February 2019.

A flyer is attached to this email with full details – please share this with your colleagues and encourage as many nominations as possible – it’s great to be able to reward people for their achievements.

Best wishes,

Lisa & the SASW Team
